I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room was a bit noisy due to its location above the reception but was clean and had air conditioning. The service was pleasant and helpful, although there were some confusing moments. The location was stunning overlooking Riva Del Garda, but the dining experience was exceptional. The hotel facilities were decent overall.
